Memory card supported sizes changed ?
Hello.
I recently purchased Tapo C320WS after a friend of mine showed it to me and it have all of the features i need and more, but the ones he own is compatible with 512GB memory card and i assumed all the C320WS models are the same, but the ones i got only support 256GB memory card acording to the box.
Now that i specifically search for it, i see both 256gb and 512gb supported on for the model C320WS.
And acording to offical https://www.tp-link.com/hk/home-networking/cloud-camera/tapo-c320ws/
V2 is supposed to support 512GB.
Is there any chance i can use 512GB memory card without any issues occurring later on or perhaps firmware update it to support 512GB ?
Regards,
Engin

Hi,
Thank you for the case report.
According to the test results from our other teams, the Tapo C320WS V2 supports up to 512GB storage on a microSD card, so you can use a 512GB microSD card on the camera.

Hi,
It's not recommended to use a 1Tb microSD card on the camera if it only supports up to 256/512G microSD card, the camera may not be able to recognize the 1Tb microSD card.
