Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I have 4 cams in my network, but not works over external wifi, in the dashboard all cams enabled, but at connect from ny iphone external the video not shows, another cams from another brand works fine.

My country is ECUADOR, My modem is huawei EG8145V5, Netlife is my ISP

Hi,
It seems the LTE signal strength is not good on your phone, would you please move to a location where you can get a full LTE signal or have a strong Wi-Fi signal, and check if you can load the camera's Live View page properly?
