Firmware Version:2.1.4 Build 151222 Rel.24992

Camera was Reset & upgrade latest firmware


1. Registering by nc200 www admin page.
- After i filled all cloud settin I recived message
"The device has been bound to another account."


2. Registering by latest Android Apps (tpCamera)
- "Let's go"->NC200->"YES"->(Finding)-> Selected my camera & "New" ->"Adding....
Result:
- Message "Unable to add the new camera. Please try again later"


3. Registering by latest iOS Apps (tpCamera)
- "Let's go"->NC200->"YES"->(Finding)-> I can configure wirer or wireless -> "Congratulation connection info"->Next -> Rename camera
Result
- Message "Rename camera failed"
- I put many diferent name and the results is the same.

2 sended email with question to support without answer.


Is the solution to fix this problem?
Now i see only one. Return the camera to shop and forget about TP-Link camera.

Have you tried a reset of the Cam ?

Damm just read it... You DID Reset it !!

Do you ask haw many time I reset camera?
I wrote!
>" Reset & upgrade latest firmware"

- on the prewiosly firmware
- befor and afer update
NC200_V1_151125
- befor and after update NC200_V1_151222_a

I can't check other firmware becouse the firmware can't be downgrade.
I read TPLINK FAQ also.

For me the cloud function don't work correct!

Used as RESET button:
With the camera powered on, press and hold the WPS/RESET button (more than 5
seconds) until both the System LED and WPS LED turn off. Then release the button and
wait the camera to reset to its factory default settings

Go to tplink we site and download update manually.
Connect your camera by wire. Find it's ip address and type in your browser http://cam_ip_address
Go to system - management - update.
Unpzck downloaded file and pick it via browse button. Press Upgrade button - wait till it's done. Profit.
