Add camera to Cloud account
Model:NC200 1.0
Firmware Version:2.1.4 Build 151222 Rel.24992
Camera was Reset & upgrade latest firmware
1. Registering by nc200 www admin page.
- After i filled all cloud settin I recived message
"The device has been bound to another account."
2. Registering by latest Android Apps (tpCamera)
- "Let's go"->NC200->"YES"->(Finding)-> Selected my camera & "New" ->"Adding....
Result:
- Message "Unable to add the new camera. Please try again later"
3. Registering by latest iOS Apps (tpCamera)
- "Let's go"->NC200->"YES"->(Finding)-> I can configure wirer or wireless -> "Congratulation connection info"->Next -> Rename camera
Result
- Message "Rename camera failed"
- I put many diferent name and the results is the same.
2 sended email with question to support without answer.
Is the solution to fix this problem?
Now i see only one. Return the camera to shop and forget about TP-Link camera.
