C210 not recording to cloud
C210 not recording to cloud

I have C210 camera who normally record to the cloud and stopped recording since Saturday. I can view the camera live but just wont record.
I have done the following :
I reinstalled the app
Firmware is up to date
Subscription is up to date.
I rebooted the camera
All of the detection settings have been confirmed.
any idea what went wrong?
