Nc200 offline problem continually!!!!

HiI have 3 pcs nc200 and one nc220 since 6 monthsAfter the last firmware upgrade nc200 goes offline all the time.Unplugged from power,plugged again works for some minutesAnd again OFFLINE.I contact with tplink support and they don't give a solutionThis is your after sales service?????This is ridiculousI want a solution right now even though my money back
