@asmallerboat Since 823N supported 2.4ghz only, have you ever checked whether your main router also kept 2.4ghz enabled? You could also try to change the wireless channel to 1/6/11 if possible.

@jaazz TL-WPA4220 has guest network and maybe you could try to let the guests connect to the guest network of 4220, not the main WiFi of 4220.
