@Guru_spidernet If you cannot make it work after using whatever emergency reflash or restore relevant for your device..the storage chip on the switch is broken.. you need to RMA the device.

I want to know how I can add SNAT rules using the omada controller, it does not seem to be possible I want packets with source address 192.168.1.0/24 to leave with the address of one of the lan...

@3287bluehawk also tell us if all the involved ethernet links are negotiating at gigabit speed and that you are absolutely sure you are not exceeding cable lengths somewhere.
