For those wondering / unaware: I was able to update P100's, V.1.20.0, FR to firmware 1.4.10 which includes the power-state toggle.

@Solla-topee I have 3x Tapo P100's, V.1.20.0, FR -- with the firmware capped at 1.4.5. Is it expected behaviour that I still cannot use the new default state parameter?
