Once the T310 and H100 are paired and working what happens when the battery fails and is replaced in the T310? Will the devices automatically reconnect to the H100 hub when the battery is replaced?

Is there a minimum load the KP-115 require to function properly? I assume there has to be some power load sense given it is capable of monitoring power loads connected to it. Why I ask is a new...
