I purchased 2 c310 in September. Installed one and seemingly works. before Xmas it said it needed to be updated & it's been un-useable since. when I click on anything it states "firmware updating"....

@GKE I would take laggy. Mine has been "updating" for over a month now. camera is only 4 months old and now useless. tried the advice via the app without success. any ideas on how to fix or contact...
