@Robotvac10 yeah got a replacement water tank in the end and that's fixed the issue so far... that was about a month ago and no issues so far!

@Wayne-TP thanks... just tried all of those steps and no difference I'm afraid.. all contacts look good

@stxtmxn the same thing has just happened to me... every is nice and clean and contacts are dry with no visual issues. Changing water and switched off and on but no water comes out in mopping mode or...
