@Solla-topee S23 ultra. Android 14. Tapo app 3.9.523 I have no other phone. I have 8 other various tapo cameras and they all work fine and I can adjust all settings on them including video mode.

Brand new. Tried rebooting, unplugging, reinstalling app, clearing data and cache. Camera and app are up to date. I can change every other setting but video mode is on auto and I want it only on day....
