Hi @Mtbbln75, The SG108PE v2 is just POE with a max of 15.4w per port. Newer revisions of this switch are POE+ and supply 30w per port.

@Graham_M, nope not too crazy; my setup is similar. I can overengineer things too, so I put my phone router on it's own VLAN. Putting the Telstra in your IoT VLAN would keep it simple.

Hi @dzakula, It's very odd both would stop working. I'm not aware of any way to just replace the POE part of the AP, but you could always get a few 802.3at POE splitters with the barrel connector.
