I've no issue with any Tuya here : 2.4 Ghz with WPA2-PSK[AES]+WPA-PSK[TKIP] and 5Ghz with WPA3-Personal+WPA2-PSK[AES] Have no issues what so ever, but if 5 still doesn't connect also put them on...

Can be they only use WPA2, I also have Tuya without problems.
