@Karlito The tp-link staff that monitor the support forms are not told if/when firmware will be released. They can't provide an answer if they are never given the answer.

@MattB-UK If everything is working correctly you should of received an email with the TKID number. If you dont have it thats fine one of the support staff should still be able to find it.

@CCDan Try resetting them by pressing the button on the bottom on the units flashing green for 2 to 3 seconds and they see what happens - If they are working correctly they should be pulsing blue...

@Mackan If everything is working correctly you should have received an email with the TKID number in the subject. If not no worries one of the staff members should be able to look it up.
