@Wayne-TP I tried it on another phone and it's the same problem. Apparently, I've solved it. I changed the display settings to compatible mode and reset the ringer.

@BenediktHamburg On your doorbell, go to advances settings , display settings , then compatibilty mode. Then restart your doorbell from the tapo app Let me know if It works
