@Wayne-TP That's really not good then. I shall now have to scrap both cameras and purchase new ones. I have just bought 2 of them and updated my cloud service. Therefore a total waste 🗑 of money.

I wish to add this cammera to my tp-Link VIGI sytem any help on this What is the default Port, name and password to add this camera ONVIF i guess like my other camera but in the app there is no setup...
