I have confirmed both cameras connected to NVR. IF the NVR is turned off and I reboot the cameras pick up the correct time. When I turn off the NVR and it boots the camera is behind one hour on both....

I have confirmed my nvr causes the c520ws and c220 to revert the time back one hour.
