@FredFJ I tried several times to install again, but the problem remains the same. So next week I bring it back to the shop and ask my money back.

I bought this camera yesterday. We have a Mercusys mesh network with 2.4GHz/5GHz. When I first installed the camera, I disabled 5GHz. After installation with the TAPO app, I turned the 5Ghz back on....
