@Helluvachic same here I tried removing the main brush and running it without it comes with the same error. All the area appears to be clean. It did make a noise when operating without the main brush.

@Wayne-TP The issue comes up every 2 minutes the brush is clean and it is not actually stuck or blocked but in any way We already followed the instructions provided and didn't fix the problem.

The robot cleans in a weird pattern then gets stuck in a random position and never finish the clean

the vacuum cleans only a random spot of the room until battery dies or says multiple times it is stuck when it is in the middle of the room with nothing holding it stuck. gettiing very frustrating...
