@Solla-topee - All troubleshooting has been done and checked. No changes at all. It only monitor one place. It dorsn't move horizontally at all.

We recently bought a TAPO 200 but the PAN is not working when trying to do it horizontally. We tried basic troubleshooting but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion on other options? Could we ask if...
