You will need a L3 managed switch to fully use VLANs this way. See the application example for setting up VLANs in the TL-ER6120 manual.

In order for the discovery tool to work, your PC must be set to an IP in the 192.168.0.0 subnet. Please RTFM if this is your first EAP you set up.
