I am unable to connect to my Extender. I had already set up with a different WiFi router but it was weak. I am now switching to a different router and it's not working please help

Replaced older TP-link N300 extender with new RE450. Reset old N300 to factory settings before unplugging. Used Tether App to connect new RE450 to Optus Modem/Router successfully. Tether App says all

I cannot get onto the extender even though it is supposed to be working well

I simply can't get the extender to do what it says it's for; extend my downstairs fibre broadband ( 1 GBPs ) to any the better than 10mbps or even just a dropout!

WATER DAMAGE IS IT POSIBLE TO REPARE IT
