Images are very blurry, lens is clean, on highest resolution but same on lower resolution, my C100 has a perfectly clear image but had to replace it as it does not work with the hub200

Started using this camera to replace an older model but have found the picture to be quite blurry. It has never been outside . it is in the same spot in my house as the older one. I have checked and c
