Sí tiene voltaje desde el eliminador pero los LEDs no prenden y todavía no conecta con el red. Al app dice que este no está disponible. Cómo lo puedo probar?

Please refer to the following suggestions:
1. switch the power adapter with another satellite Deco X50.
2. plug it to a different power socket on the wall.
3. hold the reset pinhole for 1s.
If still nothing changed, please contact the shop retailer to ask for warranty service.

Yes, I have tried all those. I could try more than one power supply, as I have 6 of them. I also checked the output voltage of the power supply.
It was bought in a set of three, from Amazon México, so I'll check to see if I can return one. I am thinking not.
