I have a TP-Link 3150 v2 router and a TP-Link SG2452 switch. What I want to do is putting the wireless GUEST network on a separate VLAN. So I guess I have to put that guest network on a different subnet but how do I do this? Or is there another way to achieve this?

I don't think that's achievable. Guest network and the main network share the same subnet, there is no way to change it. You have to the main network to change the subnet of the guest nework.
