Model : Archer C9

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : V1_161008

ISP :

Archer C9 V1

I can not access my router through either address. This did not use to be the case. I do not know what happened.
I've tried multiple devices (PCs, Macs, iPhone). I've tried using ethernet directly to the router AND wifi.
I can PING the default gateway. No issue.
I HAVE access to internet through router (ethernet AND wifi).
I have turned off router, waited 1 minute, and turned back on.
But I can not access my router info.

I'm at a loss.
Please help. This is such an annoyance.
Thanks!

Suggest you simplify the network topology, unplug all the cables from the router (except power), just one PC to the LAN port. power off your extenders if you have
If still not work, call the tp-link support for help

So the power plug and the LAN port cable? What about the internet (ethernet) cable? How will I be able to connect from my desktop if there's no internet connection to my router?

NEVERMIND! I changed LAN ports on the back of router. That worked. Now I can log into both websites. Apparently, the Ethernet LED on front of my router was not on beef. I saw this, changed ports, and Viola! It works. Sorry about the confusion.
Thanks Shield!
