Browser screen doesn't activate on Mac OS

I have a V3 TP Link TL-WN822N. It works fine when connecting to a router that I can enter a password. If I need enter a password on a browser page (such as in a coffee shop) the browser page never appears.
Not sure any way to debug this? Any suggestions?
