How can I disable QoS? I have the latest firmware and I remember at least being able to set a max speed for upload but now I can only find some sliders.
Anyone know?

If you enable NAT Boost, the QoS will disable.
It seems that the sliders is able to control the percent of the max speed.

Enabling NAT Boost has not disabled QoS for me. (i think)
I am not able to pull full speed from the cable modem. Directly wired to the cable modem is fine for 400 down / 20 up.. Exactly as it should be.
Through the C5400 250/5.
Any other ideas?
