Redirect WAN IP with Archer C7 router ??

When a host on my LAN tries to connect to a specific IP on the WAN, I want the router to redirect to a different specific IP on the WAN. Can this be done with the C7 router?Is this something that can be done with "static routing"? If so, I need to know how to configure it. For example what should the subnet mask be?
