I have been provided a TL-WR810N to use in a public library in the Hotspot Router mode. The idea is that the WR810N will connect to the public wifi and create a secure intranet for our group to use.

I practiced using it at home. Connected easily to our home wifi and created a secure Hotspot network for others to use.

For the final test I took the WR810N to the library and tried to connect to it and create a secure Hotspot network, but could not. The router shows that it is connected to the library Wifi but no Internet connection. The problem appears to be that the library Wifi needs to have a EULA (user liability agreement) accepted.

My question is how do I accept the EULA to allow the WR810N to connect to the Internet.
