Latest ArcherC9 v3.0 Firmware Version?

My router came with 1.0.1 Build 20161030 rel.26169. However, when I check the website and through the "upgrade" button in the router, I'm seeing 1.3.0 Build 20161018 rel.71163 as the latest version. While the version is higher (1.3.0 > 1.0.1), the release date is 10 / 18 / 2016. The release date of the firmware that I already have is 10 / 30 / 2016. Which firmware should I be using / is newer?
