Firmware Version : 1.3.0 Build 20161018 rel.71163

ISP : Verizon

We recently upgraded to the Archer C9 for our restaurant. We've had it for about 3 weeks & about weekly our iPads for our POS system go offline & when you try to login it tells us that the password isn't correct. I go up to our attic (where the router is located), turn the router off & back on again and then it starts working. I just checked and we're running the most recent firmware. It never fails that this happens during the lunch or dinner rush. Do we have something set up wrong?

Same issue with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz network? Do all devices go offline?
Change wireless settings, channel, security type/password.
If no luck, contact tplink support
