I need a *FIXED* ip address for my GoFlex, but no matter what I do in "IP&MAC Binding/Binding Settings", the tp-link insists on giving it a managed IP address. So, as currently configured, it has two: 172.16.16.64 *AND* *ALSO* ...135.

I would expect that the Tp-Link software would NEVER ALLOW such a thing, but obviously it seems to be okay with it. How do I beat the "Archer C5" into submission?

you should go to DHCP--address reservation---then add a device there not ip/mac binding. they are different.
