I have an Archer C7 v4 that when i go to  192.168.0.1 it asks me to setup the password.  When I click on lets get started it does nothing.  I've tried chrome, firefox and IE

So i pressed the reset button.  Router never does reset.  It just sits there with the power light flashing.

Any ideas?

how about power off and on the router?
if you do not change the default login password, does everything go well?
besides, try to set it up via a cable connection.

I tried power it off. I've tried using the password. It's pretty much just a brick.
