I get the following error when trying to access my router from my Windows 10 PC: "Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE" I can access the router from an Android 7 tablet. I was able to access the router from the Windows 10 PC until a few days ago. I power reset router and internet provider equipment (I can access the internet from the pc, just not the router login page).

Try to clear cookies on the win10 PC. Or try to change another web browser to have a try.

Clearing the cookies for the tplink login fixed the problem. Will setting an exception to allow cookies for the address help to prevent the problem in the future?
