I have people stealing my WiFi internet and I want to block them but I can't it's telling me my email is not registered when I go to block them. I don't believe I ever registerd I tried all my emails, and my wife also gave me her email to try and all say not registered email? ...what can I do to resolve this issue there is 4 unknown devices Stealing all my data please help ASAP...i beg you
