Archer C1200 latest firmware wifi slow connection

Recently the WiFi's been sporadic. Every so often I'll have to reboot the router. Even factory reset at one point. Devices on Ethernet seems to work fine. Problems especially happen on 2 Chromecasts and girlfriend's iPhone 7 where the connection is so slow it times out. Every so often even on my Pixel 2 it displays as "Connected, No Internet".
