I subscribe to PIA VPN bit can't figure away to install this service on my router. Is it possible to use the PIA VPN service on the archer c3200? If not, is there another VPN available for this router?

The Archer C3200 does not have a VPN server, it only has VPN passthrough. You will not be able to configure any VPN settings in the router GUI, but with the passthrough, the router will not block any VPN connections going through it.
