On my archer a7 I no longer have option to select any channel above 6.
Usually issues like this happen only when there is an issue with the firmware. If you recently did a update we would recommend re-installing the update. If you haven't please try to install the lastest firmware and see if that cleans up the issue. If it did not then the next course of action would be to call our support line and seek a replacement as there is an authorization process we have to follow.
