My smart plug will not connect to my mobile device ipad or iphone for set up. both are on the same network. the router is dual band. Ive reset the plug a dozen or more times, i've restarted my iphone and ipad.

Please make sure you have setup the plug first.  You will need to connect to the Kasa Smart App and follow the onscreen instructions to setup the plug.  If this fails please provide us any errors you recieve.
