Can I set up seperate networks for 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bands on the Deco M5?

No, the Deco will out put one network name. You can disable either the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. You can also enable a Guest Wi-Fi network if you would like to have differently named network, but the connected guest clients will not be able to commuincate with clients connected to your main network.

@Tony  this is a major draw back to the deco units.  Ability to manage multiple ssid's is a pretty basic thing.

@SES I configured the guest network with a new ssid.  you have to choice of enabling or disabling 2.4 and 5gh.  also there is an option "isolated from main network"  If you disable that option, the main ssid and the guest ssid users will be on the same network and will be able to communcate between them.

@Ismailsh Where is the option to isolate the network? I wnat to disable that so both networks can talk to each other.
