Archer A7 1.0.10 Firmware Update Causes CPU load to soar

I updated my Archer A7 from 1.0.9 dated 2019-04-15 to newest 1.0.10 dated 2019-06-05.
The 1.0.10 causes the CPU load to be above 90% all of the time.
I then re-installed 1.0.9 and the CPU load is about 5-10% all of the time.
There is something wrong with 1.0.10

I have installed 1.0.11 dated 2019-08-27. It seems to be working fine. The CPU indicator has moved down to the bottom of that page (it used to be on the side) so I am assuming that they fixed it, eventhough they didn't mention it in their description. The CPU load seems to be normal now. Also, others have stated that their internet download speeds are better.
