Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.04 Build 20180122

I have a TP Link AC 1200 wife dual band modem and I just upgraded to Spectrum's gig service. When I connect my cat6 ethernet directly to the modem I am getting the full 940Mbps speeds they say you get. When I connect it into the ethernet ports on the back of the router which are supposed to handle gig speeds I'm only getting around 500-550 down speeds. The upload speeds are just fine.

QoS is turned off

NAT Boost is on

Is there any other settings somewhere I should be looking for or is my router possibly have bad ethernet ports?

Thanks

Chris

I'm seeing similar issues on wired. Makes no sense if your AP is in bridged mode and the router is handling all the routing. Have you checked your router settings to see if maybe there's something in there that can be tweaked to increase the priority on the ethernet port your AC1200 is plugged into?
