Kasa Smart 2.13 loads but can’t see devices

This has nothing to do with an adapter, but this forum forced me to select one. This is about the iPhone app.
Updated to the new app. New app does “see” any of my devices. All switches, cameras, and outlets are blue and still communicating with Alexa. App says no devices found. I do not want to go through the set up for the many devices I have, and then the Alexa setup again. Any way you can correct, or roll back to the previous app version?
Very irritating bug in the new app.
