samsung s8 and now s10 occasional no internet
samsung s8 and now s10 occasional no internet
My brand new samsung s10 keeps getting "no internet available". Shutting wifi on and off resolves the issue but that is not what I expect from two brand new items (deco and s10).
Both 5g and 2g are on.
Latest firmware.
Deco m9 plus + deco m5
Any suggestions?

When the phones start to have the error mentioned, do they have and IP address?
Please also install iNetTools, select "DNS Lookup", put www.google.com and grab a screenshot of the result.
In the same app select trace router, put www.google.com, and rab a screenshot of the results.

DNS and Route is what would be used.

Only just saw this, after posting a similar problem.
I need to try playing around with 5G wifi as well to see if it impacts the issue. Weill post back with results in a few days time.

I have the same issue with TP Link X20 and S10. Seems that when the phone picks up signal from 2 APs at the same time, it has periodic trouble and takes up to 10 seconds to figure it out. Other devices don't have this problem
