wireless printer
wireless printer
im trying to add my wireless printer hp deskjet. When trying to add the printer i see my network, enter correct wireless password and get:your device failed to join the wireless network.
Issue:MAC address filtering may be enabled on you wireless router
Solution:if MAC address filtering is enabled on your router you should disable it.if you would like to keep it enabled you must first add the MAC address of your device to the list of permitted devices for you wireless router before continuing?I have no idea what this means as im not really good with all networking stuff.I believe its the deco because i disconected the decos and enabled the wireless on my verizon fios router and had no problem connecting the printer.

@bri Just disable fast roaming from deco app, this will solve the problem.

I cannot connect my wireless Canon MG 3620 to my new wifi network which is a TP-link deco M4. I have downloaded the printer setu software again x 2 and followed the instructions but the printer cannot be detected by the network. The troubleshooting suggests pushing the reset button on the router but there are no buttons on the devices, I have the 2-pack.
Please advise.
