Check the internet light. If it is amber then reboot only the modem. Wait for the modem to turn back on, if the internet light turns green, then you should have internet.

 

If the internet LED is still amber log into the router and look at the WAN or Internet IP address. Is it 0.0.0.0 or is it a different number (you don't need to say what the number is).

The light is green but when turn on WiFi on phone nothing is load on the internet brow

Do you happen to have another device connected to the router? Does it get internet?

 

If not, on your phone, are you able to log into the router? Try to open your browser and enter: 192.168.0.1 or try: 192.168.1.1

 

On the left side go to Network > WAN. 

 

Put the following DNS servers:

 

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

None of my device want to connect to this router. When turn on my WiFi it connect tp-link and when try to goggle anything it just not moving

When I troubleshoot it on my lab top it say the DNS sever isn’t resp
