I just updated to the latest 1.3.6 firmware. The guest network isnt accepting any connections. It gives an authentication failure. I removed the entire network (Remove Decos and set up by bluetooth pairing again) and set it back up, changed the guest network password to something I have never used. This is still an issue. I do have this in Access Point only mode.

Enable the Guest Network again, call the network tplinktest, delete everything in the password box, and save it. Are your devices able to connect to the guest network now?

No. That still didnt work. I did however toggle off the "Isolated From Main Network" option and then it connected no issue. I am a little concerned if Guest Network access has rights to my Main Network. I cannot see the point of having a Guest Network if this is the case. That seems like a huge basic functionality issue for this firmware.

1.3.6 is a beta firmware that is not officially published.
HQ was able to confirm that this has been tested and verified as being a bug. You can opt to downgrade the firmware. If you want to do that, please let me know.

Correct, it looks like the firmware is being slowly rolled out.
If you notice anything, please let us know. As the original issue is specific to AP Mode and guest network.

I have a concern about this being rolled out and the Guest Network being fully accessible to the main network. I think this needs more time or a quick fix to the problem that is a known bug but has serious ramifications if someone that has Guest access can tamper with your main network.
