Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20190403 rel.63869(5553)

Archer C9 wired connection changed to about half of what it should be after disconnecting the cable from the modem and reattaching it.

Speeds are what they should be when attached directly to the modem

There are a couple of things to check. Since the Wi-Fi speed is fine, then the WAN port on the router is good and the cable to the modem.

 

-Change the LAN port being used

-Swap the Ethernet cable

-Check the link speed on the connected computer

-Connect other devices and do speed tests to see what speeds they get as the original computer may be the culprit
